Working at VR
VR is collaborative and team based. Our developers utilize professional Agile practices to ensure communication and timely project delivery. We invest in our employees through training opportunities both within the elections industry as well as through professional development courses. We are open and share information so that every individual understands the company's purpose and their role in its success. We employ a casual dress code, Friday breakfasts, corporate events throughout the year and frequent employee recognition. Once people come to VR they rarely leave. Employees receive vacation and personal leave, paid healthcare and 401K matching. In addition, as an ESOP member every employee receives a yearly allotment of shares in the company as determined by the ESOP. Employees are eligible for bonuses and our salaries and benefits package are competitive.
